Xtreme4x4 Rhino Build is a Giveaway for Loctite “Nominate A Hero”

When Ian Johnson from Xtreme4x4 talked to me about building a UTV, I said “heck yea, go for it!”  Little did I know I would be getting text messages and phone calls at all hours wanting to know what would be the best parts to install.

Ian did his shopping and found a used Yamaha Rhino online that they picked up to re-outfit.  They took full advantage of DragonFire Racing’s one-stop-shop product line picking up an exhaust, air filter, +6 a-arm kit and axles. The PitBull tires got put onto Raceline Wheels and Fox Shocks were added for suspension.  Inside the cab they used a Rampage steering wheel and Mastercraft suspension seats in the front, and a rear bench seat.  They also outfitted the Rhino with a WARN winch, High Lift Jack and custom AMR Racing Graphics kit.  With Safety always our first concern, Summit Racing supplied helmets that Rugged Radios supplied communications systems for.

They put it all together into one great episode of Xtreme4x4…

Note: as you watch this, they also wanted to do a history segment on OHV’s and needed ATC pictures…yep, that is me in the keds, also featured is my Dad and Brother

Ian and his team were contacted by Loctite to build the Rhino for a giveaway that they call “Nominate A Hero”

Be sure to nominate your hero so you can win this Rhino! http://www.loctitejobdone.com/

I think Ian is sold on the UTV way of doing things now…in fact talking to him last week when we were in Pennsylvania, he may be hanging up his buggy helmet at the 2o11 King of the Hammers to run in the UTV race instead!  They had a blast with this build, and were sad that they had to keep it “nice” to giveaway instead of getting to keep playing with it!
